• Fixed bug where access code sessions started in -multi mode displaying incorrect computer name in viewer title bar, tool tip, etc.

New Payment Option

Now your customers can purchase services and products using PayPal as well as major credit cards. This makes the payment and transaction process even easier as the customer now has a choice of another method of payment for your services. 

 

 

Customers will see the new payment option at checkout like this:

• The customer receives an electronic bill sent by the Expert after the service is completed.
• The customer then clicks the green button in the email labeled 'Please Click Here to Pay'.
• Directed to the CrossLoop Console the customer gets an overview over all help he has received. One of the Help sessions has a red status bullet, indicating that this bill is due to be paid. 
• By clicking 'Add to Cart' next to the red bullet, the customer is taken to the checkout page where he can select his preferred method of payment at the top. A yellow button for choosing PayPal and a blue button for using Credit Card.

Review your Recommended Products

Tell your customers why some products are better than others.

You can now review the products you recommend and help potential customers decide on the right product for their need. Let people know what you like about your favorite products.

In the Product Center (Under the 'Products' tab) you'll find a list of all the products you have chosen to recommend. Below each Product there is an 'Add review' link.

• You can add a star rating from 1-5 stars by clicking on the yellow stars to indicate your satisfaction with the product.
• In addition you can add your very own personal comment about the product. Like how and why you use it and perhaps mention your favorite features or user friendliness.

Write whatever you think describes your recommended products best.

The new Toggle Button

The new Toggle Button allows you to decide which screen will have chat turned on and receive chat messages. This will help you decide which of your screens will receive notifications when you have multi-sesssions.

When you log in to your account you'll find the Toggle Buttons on your home page under the tab 'My Computers'.

Toggle your settings now.

Have you ever wanted to help several people at the same time? Eliminating the annoying need to wait for one installation to finish before you can help someone else. This is now history for all our paid subscribers.  Access as many computers as you need simultaneously with CrossLoop 2.80.

What's new in 2.80?
With this new feature you can enjoy Multi-Session support for remote access

This feature is exclusively available for all CrossLoop paid accounts (Pro and Remote Access).  You can now launch multiple viewers from the "My Computers" and "Customers" tabs of the CrossLoop website.  Each of the viewer sessions is identified by the name of the remote computer. Clicking on the Viewer icon in the tray allows the selection of a specific remote computer. Right clicking on the Viewer icon in the tray can be used to operate on all of the Viewer windows: Cascade, Show Windows Stacked, Show Windows Side by Side, Minimize Group and Close Group.

- The client no longer restores minimized Viewers after 20 seconds, Viewer window will remain minimized

- Caps lock is turn OFF on both the Share and Access computers when the "Connect" button is hit

- Added confirmation messages to the Logout and Quit requests

- Additional "Remote Connection Info..."

- Added "Viewer Connection Options" to allow full Viewer control of remote sessions

The CrossLoop Team is super excited to introduce the new version 2.75.

We would like to thank all of our users who have given us great feedback and requested features. Feedback has come in via FaceBook, Twitter, our blog, via email and on calls.

Our engineering team has been working hard to make all these new changes come true and we are really pleased to offer an enhanced user experience for our users. Version 2.75 has taken into account feedback and requests from our users. Thank you.
21 Changes has been made and the new 2.75 version is the most User Friendly version CrossLoop has ever offered. You can navigate and login more easily on the remotely accessed computer by Sending demands. This improvement will be particularly helpful for those supporting business users who have one of the following software on their machine: Professional/Ultimate/Enterprise and Server versions of Vista/2008 Server/Windows 7 as these versions require a password after reboot.

Ctrl-Alt-Delete can be invoked either through a "sent Ctrl-Alt-Del" command in the "gear" menu when viewing a shared PC or through the Ctrl-Alt-Del tool in the VNC viewer toolbar.
