Now your customers can purchase services and products using PayPal as well as major credit cards. This makes the payment and transaction process even easier as the customer now has a choice of another method of payment for your services.
Customers will see the new payment option at checkout like this:
- The customer receives an electronic bill sent by the Expert after the service is completed.
- The customer then clicks the green button in the email labeled 'Please Click Here to Pay'.
- Directed to the CrossLoop Console the customer gets an overview over all help he has received. One of the Help sessions has a red status bullet, indicating that this bill is due to be paid.
- By clicking 'Add to Cart' next to the red bullet, the customer is taken to the checkout page where he can select his preferred method of payment at the top. A yellow button for choosing PayPal and a blue button for using Credit Card.
