Here are the new features we recently launched in case you missed it and some more support from all across the media landscape for CrossLoop.
New Features
1. Customer Chat Process
A new requirement to remain an active Helper is to respond to customer chat requests within 60 seconds or less. This new process is designed to provide the ultimate customer support. If you don't respond within 60 seconds, we will intercept the customer and redirect them to another Helper. The details are here
2. New Search Ranking Criteria (and Search Result Page)
Providing quality customer support is our ultimate goal. Therefore, Helpers fitting the following criteria will receive a higher ranking in customer search results: 100% completed profile and consistency with: responding to chats within 60 seconds or less, paid transactions using our system and positive customer ratings. 3. New homepage
We received great feedback from our customers regarding their need for further clarification on how CrossLoop works and finding qualified Helpers. We listened and we've improved the look and functionality of the Front Door at CrossLoop.com to enhance the customer experience, while helping them reach our valued Helpers quickly
