This is a very exciting moment for all at CrossLoop and especially our engineers who burnt the midnight oil to bring this very compelling offering for all Customers getting services from our over 13,500 Helpers - CrossLoop's New Payment system that guarantees that they pay only for fixed problems!

Here are the salient features of the new payment system:

  • CrossLoop's 48-Hour Money Back Guarantee is an exciting feature that provides the Customer, with an added level of security when transacting with Helpers. If the Helper was unable to solve the Customer's problem, CrossLoop will give you a refund within 48 hours of your final payment. Please review our updated Terms of Use for full details on the guarantee.
  • Flexible Payment System that allows Customers to pay Helpers with any major credit card and not just PayPal.

  • Integrated Chat Estimate page that provides Customers with estimate of Helper services. This may be used before beginning service or at any time during the service. All estimates will be stored as part of the chat conversations.
  • Integrated Chat Payment page that allows Helpers to post the final payment amount in CrossLoop's chat sessions and collect payments within seconds.  The Helper will also see immediate feedback once the Customer's payments are processed.
  • Chat History where the Helper can review the details of each session and review the conversation, solution, and payment information recorded in the chat history.

FAQ and Online Tutorial

We got some really exciting feedback from some of our Helpers on this implementation. Richard Kuipers, for example, emailed us saying "That's a GREAT incentive for users to have a tech work on their computer. Most people I know are simply afraid/not willing to pay for something they are not sure will actually work if they don't have a moneyback guarantee." Richard, a A+ Certified & Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with over 30 years IT experience can be contacted here for help on a slow PC, virus removal apart from many other things.

It will significantly help me build customer loyalty". Contact Howard here if you need to learn how to use the Microsoft Office Suite of products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access or Outlook
