CrossLoop v1.10 - Limited Release
I will not be surprised at all if many of you reading this right now have submitted your request for file transfer with CrossLoop. It has been absolutely the single biggest need from most of you so I get the pleasure of inviting you to test it through our limited release. All those who download from this link will have a special skin marked with 'Beta Tester' on it.
At the end of the session, you will see a little different post roll. We request you to leave some comments on your experience - good and the not so good or even a Hi to the engineers who built it!
We are monitoring those closely and based on the feedback from all of you, we will decide on when to make it available to all through our web site, which currently has v1.02.
Good Evening and Good Luck!

CrossLoop, fantastic.
Used it for the first time last evening and my son was able to put my computer right.
Facinating watching things happen and pages coming up on the screen I didn't know existed on my machine.
Thanks CrossLoop.

I used your software couple of times with great success... so I recommended to my readers as well at: http://itobserver.blogspot.com/2007/08/low-budget-tech-support.html
I'm planning to do soon a more in depth review - especially to those new features.

I second Rick, happens here too. Please fix asap, since it confuses the unexperienced user, and thats part of your clientel, right?
Also a forum would be nice...

Tuesday 7-10-07 I had a customer call to let me know AVG 7.5 (free) resident shield was reporting crossloopconnect.exe as a Trojan Horse Generic5.gnx
Hitting IGNORE disable the executable.
I saw the same msg on another PC this afternoon.
You need to some how get AVG to not report crossloopconnect.exe s a Trojan.
