We have been getting a lot of really cool and exciting emails from a lot of users and I thought it would be appropriate to share and thank you. We know you are busy so this means a lot. None of you see this but you are making a big difference.

I read about CrossLink on Techrepublic.com and decided to save the link just in case as I thought it was something I may use later. Later came that very afternoon when I was called for software for our VPN solution. Rather than going through the standard process of burning a CD and sending it out snail mail with instructions, I just used Crosslink with the caller. I took control of their PC, was was able to download the needed software from our FTP site, and install it within minutes. The recipient was very happy and I avoided any tech headaches and silly questions since I was the one doing all the work. Thanks for a great service.
