Free Hugs from CrossLoop to the many new users
My previous post was about how our users dugg us to the home page of Digg and just two days ago, we were reviewed by LifeHacker. Life Hacker found it through Dave Austin's post and recommendation of CrossLoop here for businesses. We gave "free hugs" before to CrossLoop users and it is time for them again for the many new ones and celebrate Juan Mann's initiative. We love giving hugs so you will see this often :)
I work for a retail company as ICT employe. In private there are many friends with PC problems. With Crossloop I don't need longer to visit them for giving assistance. Crossloop is very easy to install for everybody. It's a great tool.

As i had posted earlier, the product, as is, will ALWAYS be free . Over time, to sustain our selves, we might add premium features. Thanks

Just wanted to say thanks again for the great program! I really hope you can continue to let people use it for free. If you do start charging please keep it reasonable. Myself and many people I know use it to help out their parents etc. If you started charging a monthly fee I'd probably try and find a free alternative even if it meant having to do the painful task of walking others through configuring vnc ports on a router.
